Michigan Veterinary Services Delivered with Courtesy and Respect

As a new client of our Veterinary Medical Center, you can expect our full attention to your pet’s needs from the moment you arrive.

Your Visit, Step-by-Step

A Warm Welcome

When you arrive for your appointment, you’ll be greeted warmly by our team. After checking in your pet, we’ll escort you to a comfortable examination room.

Initial Assessment

One of our experienced veterinary technicians will begin by reviewing your pet’s medical history and current condition. This helps us understand the reason for your visit and collect any relevant information for the doctor.

Doctor Examination

Next, your veterinarian will perform a thorough physical exam, ask additional questions, and may recommend diagnostic testing if needed. Most tests can be completed right here in our hospital for timely results.

Diagnosis & Treatment

Once any necessary tests are complete, your veterinarian will explain the findings, provide a possible diagnosis, and go over a treatment plan if one is needed.

This is your opportunity to ask any questions—we’re here to ensure you feel confident and informed.

Wrap-Up & Follow-Up

Our technician will return to review helpful pet care tips and answer any additional wellness or care questions you may have. Then, our front desk team will assist with processing payment and scheduling any follow-up visits.

A Note on Timing

Our goal is always to see our patients on time. While we do have emergency contingencies in place, please understand that occasional delays may occur due to the unexpected. We appreciate your patience and will work to keep these delays to a minimum.

We Can’t Wait to Meet You!

We’re so excited to welcome you and your furry (or not-so-furry) family members to our clinic family!
